Food & Drinks

Don’t leave without trying the Iberico pork barbecued over lychee wood – pluma and collar cuts are both available. Other highlights include hot and sour crab soup and crispy suckling pig with caviar, while the new dim sum menu has proved wildly popular.

Pork and spinach dumplings, pork ribs and crab spring rolls were amazing. The abalone in drunken source, BBQ pork (their signature dish), sour and hot soup, garoupa over eggwhite were all excellent. Only the final chicken course served in flaming tin foil was a bit more of a show than a wow.
