These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TourGarage website located at tourgarage.com ("Site"), operated by PT TourGarage Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Jakarta, Indonesia. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of content

All articles, photographs, illustrations, data compilations, and other content published on TourGarage ("Content") are the intellectual property of TourGarage or its licensed contributors and are protected by Indonesian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

You may:

• Read and share individual article links for personal, non-commercial use.
• Quote up to 150 words of any article for commentary, criticism, or news reporting, provided you attribute TourGarage and link to the original URL.

You may not:

• Reproduce entire articles or substantial portions on any other platform without prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest Content for training AI models or building competing datasets.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice.

2. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

TourGarage participates in affiliate marketing programmes. When you book accommodation, tours, transport, or other travel services through links on the Site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only link to services we would recommend to readers regardless of commission. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial decisions. All affiliate placements are disclosed in our Disclaimer.

3. Travel information accuracy

Travel conditions — including visa requirements, health advisories, transport links, business hours, and prices — change frequently and without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep Content accurate and current, we provide no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. You assume all risk arising from reliance on Content. Always verify with official government and airline sources before travel.

4. User conduct

When using any interactive features of the Site (including comment sections and contact forms) you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site.
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content and to terminate access for breach of these rules.

5. Intellectual property

"TourGarage" and associated logos are trademarks of PT TourGarage Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms transfers any trademark or other intellectual property right to you. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, TourGarage and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any Content, including but not limited to losses resulting from travel decisions, booking errors, or inaccurate destination information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian consumer protection law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
